As a local business owner, I expect straightforward, professional service—unfortunately AutoNation Panama City has delivered the opposite every time. Ultimate Clean Professionals has now purchased two Broncos here, and both transactions were an uphill battle. We remained patient and courteous, yet each deal ended up with surprise credit complications and pressure to trade in a perfectly good vehicle just to secure the one we wanted. Our latest experience was the worst. We were told we were approved for a third Bronco, and AJ assured us she would hold that Bronco for one of our team members. Days later we received a call saying financing was denied—then learned the vehicle was sold to one of AJ’s personal friends. That is not how honest business is done. The problems don’t stop there. We’ve spent over $3,000 on parts, but almost every visit resulted in missing or incorrect parts. The operation feels disorganized—the right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing. From misleading approvals to broken promises and costly mistakes, AutoNation Panama City has wasted our time and money. We strongly advise other businesses and consumers to steer clear and get everything in writing if you decide to risk doing business with them.

Ask for Pasha, he was awesome and very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and Richard, the manager, was great as well. When my truck arrived from the other dealership, the rims on two tires were terrible scratched and chunks from hitting something.Though it's had no accidents. Richard worked and got credit for the rim for me so that the one rim that couldn't be fixed was replaced, and the one that could be fixed was fixed at no charge. Thanks guys for making this the only pleasant experience with a car dealership.

Issues were addressed. Initially, we were disappointed with the wait time for a diagnostic inspection.
