I was looking for a F150 online and was approached by salesmen from several dealerships. I was ultimately impressed by the salesman Malcolm Daigle with Auto Nation of Orange Park. I feel he went above and beyond what salesmen from other dealerships did. Malcolm found the truck I was looking for and went over the operation throughly. I am extremely happy with the professional experience I had.

Bringing in the New Year with a New SUV!
My experience on buying a new SUV with Auto Nation Ford Orange Park was awesome. I had the pleasure of working with both Bryce and Thomas and they were very professional and kind. The most impressive part about my experience was how Thomas help me to remain calm throughout the whole process on buying a new car. I am a disabled veteran who suffers from anxiety and buying a new car can be very nerve wrecking and stressful. Thomas was professional, calm and the most important one, he listen to my needs and wants. I recommend everyone that are looking for a new vehicle or used one to come by Auto Nation Ford Orange Park.

Theresa and the finance woman worked really hard to get me into an auto that I was satisfied with. After 4 months in the Ford Escape, I realized that I was riding in a noise box. After several trips to the service department, speaking with general manager, and a meeting with service director, I made up my mind...this car had to go!!! With the help of these two ladies and Chris they did all they could to assist with the negative equity. To top it off Theresa was sick, and the finance person came in early to make it happen. I am a Ford girl!!! Thank you!!! 5 stars in my book!!!

truck in for service
had a appointment at 7am to have my truck looked at blue smoke coming out of tail pipe .was told a tech would look at it which never happened even at 9am so I left.
