This was the easiest place i've ever dealt with on a...

This was the easiest place i've ever dealt with on a vehicle. I ask for an "out the door price" and was given one in five minutes. Usually dealers will still add money in some way or another. Mike Shad Ford did not add on a penny. The price they quoted me was to the penny what i paid out the door. Also ,i recommend you ask for Walt Gage for your salesman. He's just a plain and simple ,old fashioned ,retired military guy who's not the normal high pressure salesman. He's easy to be around so you'll be glad you chose him.

I'm telling ALL of my friends!!

I decided to buy a car and a friend suggested that I visit Clarence Evans at Mike Shad Ford in Orange Park. I called Clarence on my way to the dealership to tell him I wanted to buy a 2013 Mustang GT Premium. I told him I would be there in 15 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted and I didn't want to waste time looking at a lot of cars. After all, it was New Year's Eve and I'm sure we both had other plans for the evening! Clarence was helping another customer when I arrived so he asked Kat Philips to help me while he finished up. Kat was so friendly & knowledgeable. They didn't have the exact car that I wanted on their lot but she located one at another dealership, a few hours away. Since it was late and the dealership down south was closed for New Year's day, I wouldn't be able to get my car for a couple of days. Clarence gave me the keys to another Mustang to drive until my car was ready to be picked up. I was so surprised! They both treated me as if I was a long time customer...like I was really special...and it was my first time at that dealership! The entire process that day was so quick and painless. When my car was ready to pick up, Clarence and Kat were both there. It seemed as if they were part of my family and they were so excited for me. Clarence went over some features that I was not familiar with and he synced my phone for me. He gave me a lot of good tips and informed me of services that were available at the dealership. I have now been in possession of my car for almost two weeks and since then Clarence has checked in with me to make sure everything is okay. I have the sweetest Mustang in N.E. Florida and thanks to Clarence and Kat, it was truly a "feel good" experience!

Clarence was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had without hesitation and got us the car we wanted. As we waited because of many people there to buy cars, he kept us informed as to the progress of out transaction.

Clarence was very helpful in the buying process of our 2013 ford explorer.. I would highly recommend any of my family and friends going to him in the future. He is defiantly the salesman I will go to for any of my future vehicles.

Went in to purchase a new 2013 Mustang GT. I did all my research and was already approved for financing before I went. I was greeted by Jim. He was very informative about the vehicle and very down to Earth. They did not have the Mustang I was looking for at that store, but they had one at their store at the Avenues. Jim went and picked it up for me so I didn't have to drive over there. I loved the car and the negotiations on the price went smooth and quick. I got the car for a great deal and was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend this dealership. I also purchased a new Pathfinder from Mike Shad Nissan, right across the street, and also had a great experience there.

Bought a vehicle from Mike Shad a couple of years ago, had a great experience there so I returned. Again I was treat like a person and not a number or sale. The staff was top notch, they all where able to answer my questions and met my needs to get me into the vehicle in needed. From my 1st visit a couple of years ago to present Mike Shad and his team have performed 110% to keep me on the road. I highly recommend Mike Shad as the car/truck dealer to see.

My husband and I test drove a Ford Expedition, were very interested in the vehicle, and the customer service we received, or rather did not receive, was horrible. The salesperson we were working with seemed interested in making the deal. We never heard back from him, so we called to let him know we were interested in purchasing the car, and were told by him that he had been told by his superiors he was not allowed to call us back because there was a discrepancy in the price of the vehicle. Very bizarre behavior! There are way too many dealerships around the area to settle for the strangeness and mismanagement of Mike Shad!!

Mike Shad Buyers Review

We recently purchased a new Fusion with Mike Shad Ford and it was a very good experience. Our salesman Jack Tashjian provided us with the best service, information, and kept current with the processing of paperwork that made the buying a new car a pleasure. I have purchased several new cars from other dealerships before and did not enjoy the process of buying a vehicle from those companies. The experience at Mike Shad was different because they made you feel like your business was appreciated even after we took delivery of the vehicle.
