Well I dont do these reviews very often ,but I will say my overall experience was good. The salespersons ( 2 different people ) were great and made my buying experience painless and comfortable. The vehicle has been great and my wife loves here new vehicle! The only issue was the person that handled our paperwork. She got upset and very rude after I declined the extended warranty offers. I never buy into these warranties and just said no thank you. The person got very defensive and Im sure they get a bonus or kickback on these extended warranties. Then the person doing our financing never asked if we wanted to take advantage of the no payments for 90 days with our local credit union? I would say maybe the people that handle the paperwork and financing need to be more informative and ask more questions and less concern on the extended warranty programs!

I attempted to call the General Manager yesterday and also spoke to my salesperson about my concerns, I have not heard back from the General Manager yet? I really dont know what the Manager can do about my issue? But I will give them a chance to contact me.

Your service advisors are great - Ranae & Ashley were a pleasure to work with and more importantly on top of things. They were able to get me in for analysis of my problem when the other dealerships service departments were not. They kept me informed as to when the parts were in and got me back in again for the repair in a timely manner. I highly recommend Autonation Ford Lincoln OP for service!

Jack was helpful in test driving the car. Once approved for the car he basically ghosted me though. The sales manager was nice.

The one price option on vehicles across a large network

The one price option on vehicles across a large network dealerships makes this your best option for the most competitive and fair pricing on quality used cars. The internet manager Jack demonstrated extreme professionalism with quality and no nonsense communication and went above and beyond to help me make my purchase by my deadline including staying over an hour after closing. Most places already treat a cash buyer badly but they did the opposite, I was no less of a customer to them. Not to mention fair and transparent dealership fees without any forcefully added service packages you don’t need. The fair transparent pricing on a large option of vehicles and easy to do business with attitude and model has made me a customer for life and I can’t wait to buy my next car from automation again.

Very good experience.

Very good experience. Drove further than I wanted to do I could get the service date I wanted, and these guys made it worth it. They were all very pleasant and friendly.
