The salesman did NOT keep his word on the trade in

The salesman did NOT keep his word on the trade in amount. It was used to lure me back in and after several hours there, he said they would not honor that price. Lack of integrity! Lots of haggling going on for a no haggle dealer! Very disappointed in the process and doing all they could to fliff up the price of my loan.

The most positive experience of any dealership I've

The most positive experience of any dealership I've encountered. Said Tala the Sales Professional and Josh the Finance Manager were absolutely phenomenal! My experience was a “Wow” moment. Thank you guys for your professional; friendly service! On the flip side of this review, I’d like to note that I left a message with Chis for Brad to call me but the message was never delivered. I also received a text message on Wednesday, August 21 from a service tech which listed an incorrect vehicle. When I inquired I got no response. But I can’t say enough great things about Said and Josh!!!

I called in to schedule a time to have the front camera

I called in to schedule a time to have the front camera diagnosed on my Lincoln, as well as get the scheduled services for my mileage. I was told that I would have to leave the car with them for 3-5 days before anyone could work on it, because of staffing issues. I told the service advisor there was no reason to leave the car there up to 5 days when I live 10 minutes away and could bring it in when they found the time to work on it. He refused and said I had to leave it there. Ridiculous. I have been a customer here for over 5 years, but I will not be any longer.

Unfortunately, my suv had to be towed again to the dealer

Unfortunately, my suv had to be towed again to the dealer for the same issue that was supposedly fixed a week before (after paying $700 plus 5 days rental costs for a fully warranted vehicle). the fact that I stalled completely out on the highway the first time was scary enough - but it was the second time just a week later on another busy highway that was the scariest. But it was Jennifer at the Ford service desk that calmed my fears to a low roar and eventually helped to restore my trust in the system. She immediately saw what needed to be done - got me into a loaner and got the service people to actually test drive the car after giving another go at repairing it. Fortunately I didn’t have to pay for the second go around.This month has been a real education.
