I have been buying my vehicles from Don Shetler Chevrolet for about 20 years and just purchased a new 2024 Traverse on 11/124.

On April 2022 I had problems with my 2016 duramax. It had a long starting time and was dieing out on the road. I drove to the nearest dealership Don Shetler Chevrolet in crowley. The service girl pulled a code that the crank shaft position sensor was bad. They kept my truck for a week looking for the problems. They called me and said that it was the cp4 injection pump was the problem. After they changed the pump that was $8500 it had exactly the same problem. Then the mechanic or part changer pulled the code for the crank shaft position sensor which fixes the dieing out problem. Then they said they had it fixed and charge me 8500dollars. After keeping it for weeks I got in it and still had the long cranking time. I brought it back and they kept it for couple more weeks and never fixed it. I been trying to get them to warranty there work for months only be told that they can't fix it. They broke parts didn't tighten bolts on the intake and hoses. Never warranty any of it. Untrustworthy and worse service ever. I will never do business with them again and advise everyone to do the same. Save your money go somewhere else
