The staff at Allan Nott couldn't have been more courteous and friendly. I was very interested in a car that I saw on line and was able to come to terms with the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I felt no pressure what so ever to purchase the car. Dylan took his time and made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the deal. Matt took care of the paperwork very efficiently. I have to say that this was my best car buying experience ever. Even though I live 2 hours away, when I get ready to buy another car I will look at Allan Nott first.

We were just out for an afternoon looking around at cars due to the fact we had sold our RV and no longer needed our 2002 Avalanche to pull anything. We met the nicest young salesman, Wes Warnecke, who took us around and showed us different vehicles. We also talked with the new car sales manager. After explaining our situation, they presented us with the option of leasing a car and made the possibility a reality. For two retired people who are basically still on a budget they worked with us without any pressure and sure enough we walked out with a new car. Never have we had such a positive experience with such nice people.

Each time I came to Allan Nott all staff were friendly and offered to help if my sales rep Josh was with another customer. They assisted me as if I were their personal customer, and never once did I feel pressured by any of the staff. This allowed me to trust this dealership as a first time customer. Trust is one of the most important factors when buying a vehicle. I could've received a slightly better deal from a bigger car lot out of town, but I chose to buy local from people I trust, and will buy again from this dealership.

I was met upon entering the building when I arrived several times trying to make a decision and take test drives. I was introduced to a salesperson. All representatives were extremely pleasant and helpful. I received follow-up calls after each visit.

Ben did an awesome job showing us how many vehicles before we made up our mind to purchase. He was patient and considerate. We felt he did not pressure us what so ever.
