Almost everyone at Allan Nott is awesome. I bought my car from John Gould. He is amazing, friendly, thorough, and accomodates the customer's needs! I always tell people about John Gould. The service dept is good, too. Miles helped me get my car in, and is always really nice, and explains things. From the moment we drove on the lot I could tell all...

From the moment we drove on the lot I could tell all staff were highly trained in customer service. We were greeted right away and introduced to Tom. I really liked his style and approach with dealing with the customer. Both my husband and I were present and he made every attempt to keep both of us in the loop and acknowledging we were both part of the decisions. Tom was very down to earth and gave many options and ideas for us to consider. I have worked in sales and customer service all my life and I highly notice the things that many customers do not. I was dreading the idea of shopping for a car, it has always been a very trying and frustrating experience. I know what I want and I push back and challenge all the time. Tom was very respectful and sincere, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for making this a very non-painful experience. My wife and I were in the market for a smaller SUV to save on gas, We had talked to George Pulfer on many occasions, My wife wanted a mustang so we set out to by one we had learned they had on the lot, It was sold but after looking around she had noticed this gmc terrain, George asked if we would like to test drive wich we did and fell in love with it, After looking around at several other car lots we always referred back to the first one we had seen and that was at Allon Nott, It was the best car with items we wanted and the best price around, Kinda scared me considering this was the first time we had ever paid cash for a vehichle, But I wasnt going to pass this deal of the quality and service we wanted, not only in the car but the friendly staff that worked with us, THANKS GEORGE The Bennett's

Very friendly. Made sure I was comfortable while I waited on my oil change. Went over services my vehicle would be needing in the future and costs. But no pressure to do the service right then and there. Thank me for coming.

Though he was new to this dealership, Jeremy was very...

Though he was new to this dealership, Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us, and was easy to connect with. He used a low-pressure approach, which is very welcome, and yet was available to answer any questions we might have. He was quick to respond to voicemails and emails, and was always ready to go above and beyond (offering us water, making sure we were comfortable, etc.) I'd be very willing to recommend Jeremy to anyone in the market for a Honda or Toyota.

We were looking to replace our old truck for several...

We were looking to replace our old truck for several months. Several friends recommended Allan Nott, but we were hesitant to drive 45 minutes to Lima. Finally, one Saturday we decided to go, and we are glad we did! Shawn met us right away and was very polite and courteous. After some discussion, we drove a Tundra and were really interested. Now the part everyone hates, negotiating! Surprisingly, Shawn was not pushy or overbearing, but polite and cooperative! Shawn and Eric worked with us without a lot of haggling which was pleasant compared to a lot of local dealers we have dealt with. We currently own a Camry which we have serviced locally and are happy with the service, but the sales experience was unlike any we have had locally! Polite, courteous, and helpful. Jason in financing was also great to work with. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency he handled the paperwork. Jason was very enjoyable to talk to and very informative of the Tundra line. Our overall experience at Allan Nott was great! I have been telling everyone it is well worth the drive to Lima to look for their next vehicle. When I called with the issue on the Honda they were able...

When I called with the issue on the Honda they were able to get it in the next day and then once there they were early to take it back and found the issue right away. Miles even said he could fix it today even though it would take 3 to 4 hours. He was able to set up a ride home and we picked it up later that day. The dealership was very professional in the explanation of the problem and prompt. I am not much of a person the wait so this dealership is GREAT!@
