We have purchased or leased 3 vehicles from Allan Nott Honda. Mark Youngpeter sold us our first Accord and we have asked for him on each additional purchase. Mark is very good about informing you about the vehicle and pointing out all the features and benefits. He really takes his time and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. We have purchased two vehicles from Allan Nott, a New 2006 Honda CRV and a used 2004 Toyota Tacoma using the internet. The dealership has done a great job providing this online service. I really enjoyed working with Lisa Williams when I purchased my truck. I thought the negotiating process went well and felt like I got a fair price on my vehicle. Great Job!!

Tom has been our family car salesman for years. We only...

Tom has been our family car salesman for years. We only buy from him and this dealership because of the extraordinary customer service. The dealership has exceeded my expectations repeatedly. While my husband was deployed to Afghanistan I needed to lease a new vehicle. I have small children and found it difficult to make trips to the dealership. Tom went out of his way to bring cars to my home for me to test drive. Once I selected the car I wanted the dealership prepared all my paperwork so that I simply needed to spend about 10 minutes at the dealership to get the vehicle. It was so simple. Shortly after I leased the vehicle the windshield developed a crack. The dealership quickly repaired the windshield and even delivered it to my home. They not only anticipated my needs but quickly accommodated my situation. I truly never worry about our vehicles because I know the dealership will take care of us.
