Gullo Ford of Conroe - The Woodlands

My 2022 F150 had a check engine light with a code related to the Catalytic Converter. I arrived (without an appointment) at Gullo Ford Monday Morning. I was greeted by Waseem Elh elou. Waseem said that without an appointment the wait would be 24 to 48 hours before my truck could be inspected and diagnosed. As I had no ride, and my wife was recovering from surgery I would have had to call an Uber. Waseem said that they would be happy to take me home (22 miles west of Conroe) and that would be fine. I received a text from Waseem on Wednesday that both cats had been replaced under warranty and that they would chase down the two electronic gremlins I had asked about the following day. Late Thursday afternoon Waseem contacted me and said that all issues had been fixed and the truck was ready. I still had no way to get to the dealership and asked for a shuttle. I was COMPLETELY AMAZED that Gullo would deliver my vehicle to me on Friday at no charge! At the appointed time my truck arrived all repaired. Full disclosure I have not used Gullo Ford service in more than 25 years but my preferred service center is now set to GULLO Ford on my Ford Ap! Thanks Waseem Elhelou for taking great care of me and my F150 Power Boost!

Took my car in because it squeaked really loudly driving down the road. After picking it up, I was super excited that my car didn't squeak when I drove it home. Thanks a lot for taking the time to finally fix it!

From setting the appointment to the recall parts being in stock, to drop in the car off at the first available appointment (Morning after I calling in). Was greeted nicely by a young man, and the service advisor. David Wachner came out and gave me immediate service. They had a driver named Victor, who took me to my house, so no Uber necessary or another friend riding along. They fixed the job in about 2 1/2 hours when initially I thought it was going to take all day and afternoon. They had cancellations and worked me right up. Then they delivered my car that same afternoon. Couldn’t ask for a smoother operation or a bunch of folks then I dealt with on, Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Thank you, Gullo !!

2nd vehicle I have bought from Gullo they are easy to deal with for the most part. Sales team is mediocre and very pushy to say the least . But overall I would look there again when buy a used vehicle. 5.5 out of 10
