I brought a 2014 Escape in with a transmission fault, and the service representative bent over backwards to find a time slot for the vehicle to be inspected by a service technician. The Service Rep (David) communicated honestly and was extremely responsive to voicemail. I would use Gullo Ford for service again based on this experience.
