Salesman Joey really worked hard to find us exactly what we wanted. Even came in on his day off to continue helping us.

Karl Alfeld kept me up to date on all stages of my purchase. I came from out of town to buy my new vehicle and he insured that everything was ready when I arrived to pick it up.

Just bought another one from them and everything went smoothly as usual thanks to Froy Romero and Anthony Rodriguez. This time I tried using their accessory department instead of running all over town and shopping online to try and save a few bucks and it was so much easier even if it cost a little more. I was able to pick up my truck rigged out exactly the way I wanted it and move on. Thanks Ida for helping make it happen and the truck looks great!

Entire experience wasn’t terrible. But once the salesman knew I was buying the truck I was then being rushed through everything and treated poorly. Seemed to forget about me and move on to the next sale. Couldn’t even finish handling my stuff before working with another client.

I recently purchased a used car. I had an extremely negative experience with this vendor. Adam Asher. Despite being accompanied by my wife and son, from the beginning, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. The most worrying thing was the discriminatory treatment I received, clearly based on my US Citizen Hispanic origin. His comments and attitude reflected unacceptable racism, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No one should be treated that way, especially in a place where they are supposed to provide good customer service. It is unacceptable that in the 21st century, these types of situations continue to occur. I do not recommend this salesperson at all. Gullo Ford Conroe will continue to have problems with this quarrelsome individual.

Had service done years ago and had a great experience so looked at them for a new car. Ali helped me with this purchase and is the best Rep I've had, and I have purchased many vehicles. Had a slight issue with the vehicle but they went the extra mile to resolve it with no hassles. Ali and the service team were outstanding! Process was simple with him from start to finish!

All of the sales staff were great. The purchase process went very smoothly. My first experience with this dealership and I will definitely be back.

I have purchased multiple cars over the years from Gullo Ford of Conroe and have always had a great experience every time. Lilly helped my husband and I with several of our purchases and just recently helped with the purchase of my 2025 Ford Explorer ST Line. It was quick and smooth. Lilly has always been upfront and honest about pricing and keeping us in or pretty close to the numbers I want as far as monthly payments and down payments. The honesty, integrity, customer service and many other great things is what keeps my husband and I coming back to Gullo every time we are ready to make a new purchase.
