It was my first time buying a car from a Ford dealership and Mr. Dixon made the experience very easy and fun. I really enjoyed buying my truck from him. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is NOT PUSHY at all which is great, I went to other car dealerships and their salesmen are very pushy which is something I do not like. Mr. Dixon, answered all my questions even after I bought the car he still kept answering my questions and helping me.

My wife and I purchased an F150 at Langdale Ford and had an outstanding experience. Jerry Anderson went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. He kept us informed and made sure that we were familiar with all aspects of our new truck. Terri Lewis worked very hard to make sure that we were able to get financed and went over all of the paperwork with us thoroughly. We are very glad that we drove from Panama City to buy our new vehicle.

No high pressure sales techniques, just the facts. None of the sales staff hovered over you but were willing to answer questions on any vehicle and get any set of keys for a test drive. The staff also stayed well beyond closing time to finish up the deal and allow us to take the truck home to same day.

Mr. Brosemer was a great person to work with. He made sure that everything went smooth with the sale. When our vehicle wasn't ready on the day we were to leave for class, Langdale rented us a vehicle. We will definitely be recommending Langdale to others. Thank you, John
