When I suddenly found myself in need of a new vehicle, Mac Haik came through for me. My daughter recently bought a new Grand Caravan from Jessica Kane and now I understand her rave reviews of her and the Temple Mac Haik. I really was not in the mind-set of researching and purchasing another vehicle, and after quite a bit of nerve rattling dealership experiences, and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful folks and red carpet treatment that I received at Mac Haik. Jason Scott, the General Sales Manager, was quick to greet us, and was instrumental in making sure my needs were taken care of well. Jessica, a military vet herself, has a professional attitude with a very real willingness to help, and especially understood my situation as a spouse of a disabled veteran. Because I was not completely prepared for all the facts that come with car shopping, I was relieved at her patience in showing and explaining to me all of the features. Now I own a beautiful 2016 Chrysler Town & Country that is sure to take care of all of my needs, especially with the second and third row stow and go and the automatic doors which are great for my arthritis. It is a real pleasure to drive and I am already planning my next road trip. I was overwhelmed by my predicament of needing to buy a new car, but having dealt with Mac Haik for many years, I can honestly say they came through for me again with flying colors!

I was very pleased buying another new truck from Mac Haik in Temple. I was treated good before this truck and once again good. The sales person was great. William Bornn was so helpful and showed me everything I wanted to see and told me what I needed to know about the truck. He is a supper guy to deal with. I was never pressured into buying and like that.

My experience buying my truck was great. I wanted to see what I could get for the truck I already owned and just wanted to see what they had new and maybe trade in. No one pressured me but when the sales person came to great me he was so good. He answered all the questions I had and was very helpful. I would recommend this man to help get you in a new car or truck right off. I have purchased a new truck before from this dealership and they treated me good so that is why I came back. I told them what I could and could not do financially and they made things work.
