I do not recommend this dealership.

I needed a truck as mine got flooded. I bought this on line without seeing it in person. The salesman was very vague about the repairs that were needed before they could deliver it. Also, he sent very few pictures and they were all taken at a distance and none of the engine or interior. When the truck arrived it was all scratched up on the driver's side. The inside was not cleaned and the undercarriage was caked with mud. I refused delivery and sent it back. I then found a truck from another dealer. Same year, same mileage, same price that was beautiful. The dealership had over 50 pictures on line and the salesman sent me more of areas I requested. The second experience was 180 degrees from the first. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is what is feels like when they get it right!

I was recently in a situation where I found myself at a Ford Dealership with my Toyota Prius. What a great experience! Everyone was kind, helpful and cordial. The dealership is gorgeous, clean and welcoming. All the work I had done was spot on and done in a timely fashion. This place has both a great vibe and great energy. I highly recommend this dealership.

I will not be back for a service. It does not take over an hour to change the oil in a car

Purchase from Spring Creek Ford

We have been very satisfied with the purchase of our 2020 Ford Escape. Everyone we had contact with was very professional and went out of their way to help. Our Salesman Mr. Paul Bridges was extremely friendly and did everything he could to keep us updated on everything, when the sale was finalized he explained the features on the vehicle in detail.
