Took my Nissan Kick to them on 14 August 2025 to check with extended warranty company (Endurance) about repairing my non-working air conditioner. I was contacted next day and told they had done a complete inspection, and they had an estimate of $6000.00 plus, and would have to wait for someone from Endurance to come by and inspect. No word Friday, 15 August, was told it they would have to keep over the weekend. Monday (18 August stlll no word. I had to have vehicle so I told them I could not afford the $6000.00 estimate right this moment, so they guided me to cashier where I was presented a BILL of $250.00 plus for inspections I had not asked for. I came in originally for A/C repair, not a complete inspection and estimate of $6000.00.

Fashun went over and beyond to help me get in a ride ..she was very sweet and determined...I gave up she kept trying....she called me early am and said Angela I got you what u wanted...she sent me a video and it was perfect ....she deserves a raise I was a difficult cheap customer lol she made it happen ...Thank you
