Mitchell Nissan

Took my Nissan Kick to them on 14 August 2025 to check with extended warranty company (Endurance) about repairing my non-working air conditioner. I was contacted next day and told they had done a complete inspection, and they had an estimate of $6000.00 plus, and would have to wait for someone from Endurance to come by and inspect. No word Friday, 15 August, was told it they would have to keep over the weekend. Monday (18 August stlll no word. I had to have vehicle so I told them I could not afford the $6000.00 estimate right this moment, so they guided me to cashier where I was presented a BILL of $250.00 plus for inspections I had not asked for. I came in originally for A/C repair, not a complete inspection and estimate of $6000.00.

I am so grateful that Mitchell Nissan and all the people involved there are in my life! I'm not young. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship! Thanks so much to Joy, the entire service department and to Ross for always being so great to work with!
