Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car.

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Empty promises, lies, and HORRIBLE customer service. The lied about flaws within the vehicle. I would never purchase another car here and will be sure my friends and family are warned.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I have purchased two vehicles from Apple Sport Ford. A 2022 Ford Tremor and a 2024 Ford Expedition. Both transactions were flawless, painless, 100% conducted quickly, efficiently, with respect for my time over email and a few texts. From initial contact through delivery to my home south of Fort Wroth, the amount of time needed to work these deals was minimal, and pleasurable! In an industry that is full of unscrupulous and deceptive sales tactics....Apple Sport Ford is the exception and leads the way regarding conducting business the RIGHT WAY! Thank you Apple Sport Ford!

Best place ever!

I love this dealership. When I said I was debating two different cars, they were both pulled side by side wi got there and the salesman went over all the features. He worked to get me every discount he could. And when I go get my scheduled maintenance, Colt takes care of me and the guys work fast and answer every question. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Brittany White was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I went in nervous about trading in my vehicle because I had never done a trade in before. Brittany was very patient and walked us through step by step and truly made it a wonderful experience!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! ! ! R U N A W A Y !!!!!

Apple Sport FORD in MARLIN TX ....... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! ! ! DO NOT BUY from them! Terrible customer service lots of promises made and no follow through or service after the sale!!!! The first vehicle I purchased I was promised several things, window tint, getting rubber piece for cup holders etc. After the sale, nothing, suddenly everyone had amnesia. Currently, I dealt with 2 salesmen for about 2 weeks on a truck, they were not willing to give out information that I have never heard of dealership withholding. Like why can’t you tell me what my credit score was, INSANE!! I ended up being sent to the sales manager to try to close the deal, I was lied to multiple times and made to feel that my business was unimportant by them. I was supposed to close the deal on a Wednesday and asked if I could come Thursday morning instead because my daughter needed to go to the doctor last minute. The responde I got was “well if you don’t come today we can’t hold the vehicle for you. If someone comes to buy it we will sell it.” WOW! I responded with “well I guess if that’s how you feel then maybe it’s not meant to be because that is terrible customer service.” Then the tune changed and they offered to deliver it to me, to which I agreed and was sent to talk to the finance guy. Got everything lined out with him, he was extremely helpful and even when I didn’t like his answer he was honest which I truly appreciated. He asked us to wait until the next morning to get the vehicle because the guy that normally does Ford wasn’t there and he just wanted him to look over it first. I told him I was fine with that but I was told if I didn’t get the truck that day they would sell it. He said don’t worry about that, we have a deal, your credit has been run, you’ve been approved, you’ve agreed to the payments, I will talk with the sales manager don’t worry about it, the truck is yours. Thursday late morning I called and wasn’t getting return calls, finally talked with sales manager to see if Ford finance guy had time to look over it. I never got a call back, left messages again. Found out they closed early Thursday due to weather which I understood. I called this morning (Friday) and left messages. Called back after lunch, the sales manager said they sold the truck Thursday night! They closed at 2, not sure how much less why it was sold when I was told it was mine but I am less than pleased with the run around, lack of communication, bullying tactic, lies, and xxxx poor customer service I have received! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE CROOKS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SALE NOT THE CUSTOMER nor the SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!! I’m not satisfied with “I’m sorry”!!!

Waste of a drive

I drove over a hour, then they didn’t honor trade the quoted from photos. Finance manager tried marking my interest rate up (best rate), then when I told them my bank offered me better then they could do better with same bank

Horrible Experience

Had horrible experience with Jason E, he claimed I was getting best deal, bid my trade, then when I was leaving found another $2000.... Shady dude.....Manager was worthless, she didn't know what she was talking about.... I got over $3,000 more for trade in at Covert.... They only offered whole sale for my truck apparently

AAA Experience and worth the drive from Austin!

My daughter found a car on their website and a few days later we drove from Austin to purchase it. The entire team made the transaction quick and easy, the way car buying should be!
