I was looking to upgrade from a 2011 Equinox to the new 2014 model. I was referred to the John McClaren Chevrolet online sales associate, Josh Riley. Mr Riley could not have been anymore nicer or courteous. Mr Riley was very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the 2014 Equinox. Josh explained to us the differences between the Equinox models on the lot thus allowing us to make a more informed and assured selection. Great Service after the sell
Had a tire going flat. Called Josh Riley and dropped it off , got a loaner and ran a couple errands. Service called me 30 min. later and I was good to go. Service does come after the sell at JMC in McGregor.

The dealership is honest. I was pleased with the treatment I received. It was efficient, polite, and helpful. I was not sold anything I did not want. Mr. McClarin was friendly and spent time with me in small talk. The sales associate was well informed about the truck I wanted.
