I recently received a parts order from you and just wanted to tell you how grateful I am of your parts department person that I dealt with. I was informed by another company that they tracked down an obsolete part from Ford that your company had in-stock and it was probably the last one around in the states. I was able to call first thing on a Monday morning and talk with Caan. He verified that you had the part and went and put his hands on it before I was off the phone just to make sure it was correct. He gave me a price and an estimate on shipping and I proceeded to fax over all the appropriate info needed to complete the transaction. I called back about 45 minutes later to confirm he received the fax and he had already had the item in a box with the shipping label attached ready for pick up. Throughout this process of working on my vehicle I have discovered that many parts are obsolete, have received poor customer service and many wrong parts from other companies. It was very refreshing to talk with someone from your company who was knowledgeable, honest and performed a high level of customer service for me so I just wanted to say thank you for that.
