When I started looking for a car on my own, I found the experience to be overwhelming. I talked with Brett from Fred DeVoe and I let him know what I was looking for. He didn't have exactly what I wanted there on the lot, so he did take the time to find EXACTLY what I wanted and got it for me. I can't brag enough about the overall experience. Linda, who helped with the financing was very informative and talked us through the entire process step by step. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and the manager, John, who I spoke with was also very informative and catered to all of our needs! I got the car that I wanted, for the price that I was comfortable with, without having to give up anything. The staff there was helpful,educated and informative from the moment I called to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car! I felt like a client, not a commission. I can tell you I won't buy a car from any other dealer, no matter where we live, I will drive to Indiana to get my vehicles from DeVoe Chevy.

From the get-go, Brett was a pleasure to deal with. I told him up front that I wanted no "xxxxxx business" like I had gotten at other dealerships (Romain Crosspointe, Evansville, IN). Brett was EXTREMELY helpful in answering all of my questions and Linda was great at getting all the paperwork set-up. The four-hour drive from Owensboro, KY was worth it to deal with quality people and get good value for my trade-in.

This is the third vehicle that I have bought from DeVoe Chevrolet. Trudy is my normal sales person and is always easy to work with. Robert worked the deal on this purchase as Trudy was not available that day. I was treated very well throughout the entire process. I highly recommend DeVoe for the total car buying and service experience!

I drove from Terre Haute to buy a used car they had on Cars.com. Nice people to work with and the facility is spotless. It was worth the 2 hour drive and I would again if they have something I'm looking for in the future.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from DeVoe now and would not choose another dealership. Our salesman was very kind and did not pressure us at all. He's willing to meet us when our schedule allows and answers every question. Our first car has had to have some basic maintenance repair but we have not had any issues in scheduling or repairing the car. The quality of the work in the service dept was great and always corrected whatever issue we were having. We really love to visit DeVoe and will never look elsewhere when purchasing another car again.

Scott DeVoe and his employees sold us a truck that was supposed to be "Certified Used", which we thought meant that it did not have anything wrong with it. Three months later it began having random no-start problems. DeVoe "attempted" to fix this problem, but it was still happening two years later. Scott's last solution was for us to trade the truck and A LOT more money for a new truck (one of his trucks of course). If we could print our own money, that would be great. We are stuck with an unreliable truck. Don't let this happen to you. We would never send any friend to DeVoe Chevrolet--he sold us a bad vehicle and is unwilling to "make it right".

Everyone involved, from Brett the salesman to Scott the owner to Linda the finance lady really listened to the things I asked for and went out of their way to get me the car I wanted. Not even considering the fact that they gave me a great price on my trade, and offered to detail and repair some things on the car I asked them to find; I mentioned that I'd really like to have a percentage point off my interest rate and when I came back the next day to sign the paper work, Linda had gotten me a lower rate!
