Linda at Tom Woods dealership in the service department was excellent! Not only that my oil was changed but it got pint inspection. And to top it all off my car got washed. You can't beat the excellent service I've enjoyed at Tom Woods in the last four years. I so appreciate them. 20 out of 10! Great work!

I have always been pleased with the service department at Tom Wood Honda. They listen, and treat me as a person, which really makes me feel comfortable trusting them to do their best to help me. Although it’s a little bit of a drive from Indianapolis, and I pass two closer Honda dealers on the way, I will continue to trust my Honda Odyssey to Tom Wood Honda and their service department.

The technician was professional and attentive as he noticed a nail in my tired, before my low pressure light even came on, during the complementary inspection with my service. Lindy helped me originally schedule my services with easy and let me know of their promotional prices for the services I was having, The lady who helped me with the pickup process made it efficient, friendly and simple. I was very satisfied with my service today on all ends.

With the exception of the negative lady in the service dept that greeted me, but was unwilling to help with my somewhat emergency situation because they were too busy with customers that had appointments. Inspite of her, my experience in the service dept was AMAZING!! All thanks to MR.MIKE LUPOI who was just walking by! He greeted me and casually ask how I was doing. My response, "not so good". He inquired as to my situation. I explained what happened to my car while driving on the highway. Advised him that his service person had not made an offer of help. And that I was going to need to seek help at a dealership in a city on the way to my destination. Mr. Lupoi immediately got help. Within minutes he showed me the problem. Advised me what to do next and took care of it. After fixing the problem ( that was ultimately caused by Penske Honda Indianapolis!) I was on my way again! The service was completed in less than 30 minutes without charge! They even washed my car!! PS: The name on this work order should be Kathleen, not Katherine as the service lady entered. Thanks again, Mr.Lupoi!
