Jonas was a great salesman. Totally recommend to everyone.. Nissan and Jonas worked every way they could to make it possible to trade in my car that I was upside down on and get me what I wanted..

Both the salesman and the finance department worked hard to get a car within the price range that I came in with. The only complaint would be that they were way too aggressive in trying to close the deal. They were more concerned with getting me to buy the car at that moment rather than making sure it was the car I really wanted. When I was clear with I wouldn’t make a decision until Friday, they both tried to make the deal happen by Wednesday. Some times the car you want simply isn’t on their lot and that is no fault of theirs but they simply do not stop. They came off as typical salesman in this regard and that is unfortunate because aside from this they were great. People don’t want to be sold a car, they want to buy one

When we drove through the lot at West Texas Nissan in Odessa, Chase Bentley met us at our vehicle offering to answer any of our questions, we told him what we thought we were looking for and he directed us where to look, then went on his way. After looking at the options we decide to test drive the Pathfinder. Due to us having our 2 years old granddaughter with us Chase was considerate to let us test drive the Pathfinder separately. He was very knowledgeable about the difference of the packages offered for the Pathfinder. After our decision was made we entered the negotiation and financing phase, which was less time than expected. The over all experience was pleasant, and if I lived in the area I would definitely recommend friends and family to go visit and test drive a Nissan requesting Chase if they were looking for a new vehicle. As we left all available sales team shook our hands, congratulated us on our new purchase, and offered future assistance if we need anything.

Keith at west texas nissian was so helpful finding me the pickup I wanted and could afford! He was never knowledgeable about warranties and such and did not pressure me into making a hurried decision. The finance dept also did a great job and finding me a bank with payments in my budget. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, & most importantly not pushy! The specific trim & color exterior/interior vehicle was not available on the lot so Tyler found exactly what I was looking for at another Nissan dealership and went and picked it up for me.
