Traditional “UP” system with the salesman outside waiting on people to drive in. We were fortunate to get a young man, Austin, to help us. Gave him the parameters and he promptly sorted our first and subsequent test drives. Two test drives later we found the one. Negotiations were fair and prompt. Almost painless when you consider the norm of buying a vehicle. In and out with new vehicle in less than three hours from drive in to drive out. Good selection on site, great customer care!
