It was great doing business with the VW guys and with no pressure. They let us test drive both models that I was considering. I liked the there was almost no dealer cost.

Mr. Burnett took the time to listen to our needs and suggested vehicles in our price range. He was not aggressive or pushy. He didn't try to sell us a vehicle that we could not afford. The only problem that we had was the business office. When we signed all the paperwork, they were unable to find the title to the car and we had to return on another day to sign it

I had my vehicle stolen which as the reason to have to hunt for a new vehicle. I had no idea where to began car shopping. What was once a stressful situation soon turned into a happy ending for me. After working with Mike Watts for about a month I finally got into a vehicle I was very pleased with. I highly recommend his service. He was easy to work with, gave me reasonable options, and always kept my best interest at hear. I appreciate him working with my schedule to accommodate my needs. He brought my new Ford Edge to my work for me. He worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I most wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I had researched the vehicle I was interested in. All of the staff were friendly and put very little pressure on me. To be honest, I hate dealing with car dealerships. I was made to feel at ease and all my questions were answered. Everyone was patient with me. I got a better deal than the Lubbock dealership offered me too. So far, I really like the Jetta TDI. I am hoping the service department will measure up to the sales department when the time comes. All in all, a stress free experience.

This being the third vehicle I have purchased from Sewell, I would say I am hooked! Brandon always makes sure to take great care of me and now that Kara is in the office with him she just makes the car buying expirence even better! I never feel like I am dealing with a salesman who is trying to make a comission. the Utleys as well as the rest of the staff at Sewell, work with me as if I were family. Fabian, who took care of me once I made it to the financing office was great! I am glad he got to practice his skills on my sale, being that he is new in the position.
