Took over 2 weeks to fix a minor issue that should had been taken care of before the car was sold to me, the service department is very unorganized as well. But at least the dealership honored my warranty.

Don't like to be lied to just be honest don't mind d waiting 3 weeks for. My wife's car but when its under warranty and the rental is coming out of my pocket and you lie to me it gets us no wear tell the truth its going to be three weeks we are having issues with part shipping and I would have under stood that a lot better then being hu g up on and hate full ness Norma is the worst rep there
