Regina met me when I pulled in and was very helpful. I wanted an oil change and state inspection. She checked my insurance card and found that it had expired. Regina was a big help in contacting my insurance company when I had problems doing it. Eventually I got the insurance company to email the insurance card to us and I was able to get my Grand Cherokee inspected. I really appreciated Regina’s help so I wasn’t delayed in getting the inspection.

Mgmt Jose O. was awesome, attentive. Service dept. not so great initially okay then spiraled down from there. Your warranties pre-authorization thumbs down they drag their feet on approvals. I will be canceling those. I know first hand warranties should not take too long unless someone dropped the ball at your service dept.

Christian was very helpful he went detail by detail with the deal . He was patient and did not rush us Into it. Will go back with him and recommend him to family and friends.
