Very poor service and a big lack of communication. Associates are rude and not knowledgeable of the job.

Our company vehicle was in your shop for 6 months while you and Chrysler Corp tried to decide if the engine replacement would be covered by warranty. Ultimately you determined that it would not be covered by warranty, which was the wrong decision as we gave you our service records for this vehicle. In the 6 months our vehicle was in your shop, we continued to make payments to our lender and to Chrysler Capital, and you have thus far not reimbursed us for any of our out of pocket expenses while you held our vehicle hostage. To add insult to injury, you also charged us $3300 for tearing the engine down. This is the worst experience I/we have had with any dealership or manufacturer, and we will not be buying any more Chrysler products. because of this. So, our experience was absolutely horrible with your dealership and Chrysler Corp.

Went in for a oil change and talked to the best service person that works there.she was very informative about the truck and walked me to the truck when it was finished getting the oil change and took out the seat cover that was in there.
