Although they were very short staffed, they got me out in a couple of hours. However I was dismayed when informed that Service booked through their web site was not actually scheduled and that the pricing for the service per the website was not applicable. To schedule a service you need to phone them. Come on guys, sort it out. This is the 21st Century.
