The service was quick. Was able to drop my vehicle off without an appointment and was able to get it back in an able an hour.

Extremely poor service. From the beginning. It was just 2 days short of being there 12 weeks, to get my service done. Your advisor lied to us on several occasions, did not relay information to the mechanics, did not order parts needed, when asked several times about additional items needed fixed while waiting for other parts, she ignored that as well. Warranty people had requested several times for information that advisor didn't send... case got closed. Had to go into dealership personally to get some of these issues worked out and the "case" reopened. Asked for copies of paperwork and photos and never received them. Not happy. Not happy at all!!!!!!

I requested the car be available from service by 11:30 and it was. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The service department, Regina, were very attentive to my needs, they made sure to stay in contact with me while my vehicle was getting serviced.

Everything was excellent about my experience except I have still not received my spare (2nd Key). It is very stressful just to have one key. I really need that 2nd key. I cant take car out of town until I get spare key.

Vehicle Needed A Replacement Part And I Wasn’t Out A Vehicle Either! I Was Given A Rental For More Than I Needed It For And My Truck Was Done In One Day! Definitely Satisfied!
