Have purchased 2 vehicles and not a happy camper

am not changing my mind about our buying experience at all! Buddy was and is a wonderful salesman for this establishment!! What I am changing are my views and review of the place as a whole!!! When we purchased our second vehicle I had decided that instead of taking them to our usual place for service (huge mistake on my part) I would drive the 60 miles one way to come here and have them do it seeings how we did purchase from them. Well, I am not one for complaining at all and I have been extremely patient with this and everytime I have needed a service from here I have made my appointment as so that I don't have to wait all day for a service and since we live so far away it isn't possible just to drop them off and go back for them. Each time I have had to wait over a hour and a half sometimes longer and the last time I had the diesel serviced there they failed to check my def and I ended up having to go in and pay 3 times before they FINALLY got it right!! So then I called and made my appointment to take one in this week to be serviced and I get there on time like I am supposed to be, early actually as usual, and the service person comes out and was extremely nice and let me know what they needed me to do and so therefore I did. So I get my grandbabies and daughter and we go inside to sit down just like I always have done every time I go there. There isn't a soul inside where we are sitting we aren't even sitting close together but mind you we just got out of the same truck and the woman said do y'all need a MASK and I said excuse me and she said do y'all need a MASK and I said no I have a medical card and she said well we require a MASK so I said well we will just go outside. Ok first off why when I called did your people not inform me I would be sitting in your establishment for about 2 hours with a MASK. Second off when the service person, which mind you was extremely nice, came to me they were NOT wearing a MASK. Third the coffee pot I noticed inside had ZERO hand sanitizer beside it for said MASK wearing customers that TOUCHED the coffee pot and cups with their OWN hands after TOUCHING everything else what's the purpose of that?! It is against my CIVIL rights for you to force me to have to wear a MASK!!! Just like it is yours constitutional rights not to serve me!! Just like it is my constitutional rights to take my business some place else, which I did!! I took our truck to our other service person which is much closer and DOES NOT require their customers to go against their CIVIL rights!! I came here with full intention of purchasing another vehicle yesterday but apparently you do not need our business here anymore!! Thank you. Have a blessed day. Mrs. J. M.
