I've been doing business pretty much exclusively with Bacon in Frankston, TX for 28 - 30 years. I've known and delt with David that entire time with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 years due to living overseas or out of area. David can beat 99% of all deals and Bill and his staff of techs can almost resolve any problem.

I scheduled an appointment to have the oil changed on my truck. I making the appointment was easy. When I arrived at the dealership, they were ready for me. The Personel were very friendly, the waiting room was pleasant, I was offered coffee etc. if I wanted it. The work was performed in a timely manner. I was very satiafied.

I was greeted by name when I entered the dealership and my service was completed in an efficient manner.

This is a family owned and operated business at it's best. Warm welcomes and inviting smiles is all you will receive at any of the Bacon Dealerships. David and his sales staff will take care of all your needs up front and Willie and the boys can knock out those service visits in a flash. The Dealership also has a top notch body shop for any of those uh oh's you may encounter.

Brought my 2019 Silverado in to have transmission problems addressed same result as the previous two visits nothing changed. Was told that computer was updated and problem resolved which it was not. Was asked by General manager to bring it back in and I could not make it on that day called the next day and no loaner was available. Was told that I would be called later that day, never contacted. Needless to say Me and my family are done with Bacon Chevrolet!!!!
