I recently bought a 2025 Forester and I cannot express how easy and seamless it was. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the salesman, Jack McVey, to the finance and management department, Kevin Gribble and Jennifer Duran. As expected, the sale took a few hours, but they made it painless and easy. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Ask for Jack!

Both Layla (sales) and Tracy (finance) were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful and friendly during a stressful time for me. Layla first reached out to me after I made an online inquiry. She quickly sent me a video and multiple texts. She had the car that I was interested in purchasing pulled up to the door with the air conditioning running when I arrived for my appointment. Tracy made the financing part of the experience the best I have ever encountered. I returned after the purchase of my new-to-me car about a week later, and I interacted with many people, including Layla and Tracy again. Everyone was happy to answer my questions. I am quite pleased with my purchase and being a part of Tucson Subaru now.

Best car buying and service experience I ever had! Every interaction is always good! Customer service, integrity, support, reminders, follow-up, friendliness, all just excellent. Jesse was very helpful in explaining exactly want was to be done in the maintenance schedule. Work was done in a timely manner. Another agent, Chris explained several functions we had no idea how to perform. The facility staff are welcoming and courteous.
