This dealership goes out of its way to treat customers fairly and listen closely to their concerns. I don't know who did the detail work to get this used car ready for us to pick up. The attention to detail of that person was "Good" but not Excellent. Some details were overlooked, so I wouldn't rate that person Excellent. I would rate everyone else Excellent.

When I moved to Tucson last year, I brought my Impreza to be serviced at Tucson Subaru. Ever since that day, I’ve been treated with the utmost care. The entire staff at Tucson Subaru is top shelf. Sean was the most pleasant sales person I’ve dealt with at any dealership. He was not pushy at all, and waited until I was ready to buy the car. Traci was also phenomenal. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the signing process painless. She answered every question I had with ease. Like Sean, she was not pushy at all, which always makes the process a lot more pleasant. My interaction with Terry was brief, but I was in need of a keychain, so he gave me a few for free. I thought this was extremely nice and was the “cherry on top” for the whole experience. If you’re in the Tucson area and you need a car, Tucson Subaru is the place to go. We plan on using them for the rest of our lives.

Trent "The Car Guy" Nichols' professionalism, friendly attitude, and Subaru environment made our trade and purchase process a pleasure. Trent met us at our appointed time and showed us the Honda CRV we were interested in. While the appraiser looked at our vehicle we took advantage of the beautiful customer lounge and its amenities. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and welcoming. Our discussions with Trent and Louie were straightforward with no surprises. We closed the deal with Louie Ascencio and then Trent and I had a very nice discussion before we headed for home. A great experience with true "people first" professionals. This is our second purchase from Tucson Subaru and our "Go To" destination for people, cars, and service.

The overall experience was great, Monica helped me decide on a car to buy. The service was a little slow at times but overall, it wasn't too bad. The car I bought was in pretty good shape minus a thing or two but they heard my complaints and said they would fix them for me.
