No issue .Was called with updates on how everything was progressing.Was just hard talking to a live person when I called.

The overall experience was present.

The overall experience was present. They did what they say. They we're going to do. The waiting area was clean and so was the rest rooms. I thank them for providing such an environment for their customers.

Reliable service, but you can also count on a mess inside

Reliable service, but you can also count on a mess inside and on your vehicle. Oil on the steering wheel, door, floor mat, running board. Would like to see better care taken when getting vehicles serviced here.

I always have great service with you.

I always have great service with you. Just one problem this time with dark hair girl that checked me out. I ask to see my rep to ask a question. She said the last one (cubicle). Well no one was there. I returned to her then she got an attitude like I was an old demented lady when I told her no one was there. "Which cubicle again" she repeated it again then with an attitude walk off again. My rep had gone to lunch, and I was trying to see his backup. I talked to the rep, and complained about this girls attitude toward me. I felt like a kid left alone in a train station without help. Solution: she could of offered to walk me to the spot, since she did not have any customers but me. It was a very short distance! Instead she chose to dismiss me, and think that I was a problem that she did not want to deal with.i did go back to her, and through the glass told her she could of shown me where to go. Instead she just shook her head at me....dismissing me again. Otherwise it was great service.

My headlight isn’t flushed with the bumper and it is not

My headlight isn’t flushed with the bumper and it is not working anymore. The fuse was not placed back properly and it isn’t working. Gap in between the headlight and bumper
