Poor quality, had to return to get items fixed, parts listed as replaced and not put on the truck.

Service is good - could be better
Took my car in for service related to pack rats getting into engine bay. Work was coordinate between my insurance company and the dealership. Communication between all of the parties was excellent, and the only observation i have is that it seemed like it took a long time (4 days) to get parts. The work itself was done quickly once parts arrived, and appears to have been done right. Areas for improvement - when dealing with pack rat issues they should have recommended and completed a complete steam cleaning of the engine bay, which they didn't. Another option which i would like to see is the ability do a new car detail as part of the services, especially since they had the vehicle for over two weeks. I would be willing to pay for this, but realistically they should have as their techs clearly ate in and potentially smoked inside my truck (which is a brand new 2019 with less than 2k miles on it). All in all - decent experience, but could have been better.
Don’t trust their quality of used cars
This dealership is worse then politicians! Watson Chevy is the type of dealership that gives good dealerships a bad name! Absolutely awful, zero integrity all around. I don’t want to go in dept about our purchase but all I have to say is it was a dishonest disaster on Watson’s end! Zero vet discount for Veterans Day- and they wanted to argue about offering -$100 vet discount. These guys are straigh a holes who are not true to their word. Trust me go anywhere else. Don’t let the big dealership persuade you- it’s a facade for all of the bs u will deal with. If there was any integrity I would be writing a different review. But my experience was one you cannot make up. I’m so upset over saving my money to have put it towards these jerks that run this place

The service is wonderful see Chance he’s on top of all your needs I purchased a new 2019 Corvette Stingray and A new Camaro 2018 and a new Truck 2019 they had the best vehicle at the best price so I purchased what I wanted.! Don't waste your time
I just recently moved to Tucson from Detroit and was looking for a new dealership because my lease was almost up and I wanted to turn it in early. Keep in mind I worked at a dealership for 12 years and know how they operate. All I wanted was a Chevy or GM because I am eligible for a family discount, pay off my current lease and my payment had be $300 or less a month. I called Watson Chevy and was told to leave a message and someone would get back to me. Well that never happened.(should of been my first warning sign) I waited a day and called back again and asked for the Sales Manager, he didn’t answer either so I left him a message. I got a call back from Pancho (not the sales manager) who apologized and said he was told to call me because no one else had yet. After going back and forth for awhile Pancho told me to come down and test drive some cars, and he could for sure get me in something for my budget. I had already gotten a price from my dealership in Michigan for a Terrain ( Nicer vehicle then the equinox and fully loaded), WITH SHIPPING from Detroit to Tucson for $285 a month, but I prefer not to wait 2 weeks for the delivery. When I get to the dealer and meet Pancho he is very nice, we test drove a few different vehicles and he even mentions being able to throw in tinted windows (awesome!!) I finally decided on the equinox. We start going over numbers and nothing he is quoting me is under $300 and that is the “best they can do”. When he realized I’m not budging on the payment he went to talk to someone, and when he came back magically they could do it for exactly $300 (what are the chances?) Still not as cheap as shipping a car across the country (blows my mind) but I could have it the next day. Now it's time for paperwork. I meet another gentlemen (don’t remember his name) but his job was to try and sell me on window tinting and other extended warranties that you don't need when you lease a vehicle. This is the point I realize Pancho isn’t taking care of my tinted windows and that if I wanted tints it would be over $300 dollars, I declined and mentioned I was under the impression the tints were included. (crickets) At this point I’m not impressed but it was to far in the process to walk out. Cars delivered, and I’m just happy it is over with and I got a payment I could afford and was able to turn in my lease early. Fast forward a couple months later. I just got a bill from GM financial telling me I still owe them a car payment. I emailed Pancho asking for him to please look into this for me it has to be a mistake. I receive a call from Mark (no idea what he does there) and he said he looked into my records and GM cashed the payment they sent and I would need to call and find out what the issue is but to please please call him back because he wanted to help and was acting so concerned. When I call GM they inform me the wrong amount was sent, Watson paid 2 payments but it should of been 3. I call Mark back and leave a message letting him know what I found out and to please call me back so we can get this settled. Never heard from Mark again. I sent Pancho a message saying I was waiting for Mark to call me back and Pancho said “we spoke with GM we made the payments and they cashed the check” and then I told him that they only made 2 payments and it was supposed be 3, never heard from Pancho again. Mistakes happen, I get it. What I don’t understand is the lack of Customer Service or willingness to help your customer for a mistake they made. Watson made the error but I’m the one who will have to pay for it. I 100% regret not getting my car shipped from my dealer in Michigan, it might of taken longer but I would of saved over $500 dollars at this point. Every dealership has the exact same products, what makes me or any consumer choose you over your competition? CUSTOMER SERVICE, the way you make people feel when leaving your dealership and I feel like I got scammed. So please save yourself some time and money a
Came in to test drive some vehicles at Watson Chevrolet (Tucson Auto Mall). Junior was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to purchase my vehicle from him!! Thank you for the awesome experience and great customer service!!

I recently bought a truck from watson chevrolet on autmall drive. I had excellent service from the start to the finish of the process. And actually after the deal was complete. They were very helpful. My sales associate was TJ Sorensen and my finance manager was Brett Arigoni. I would definitely buy from them again.
Bryan Mazon was attentive but not aggressive. The vehicle was as advertised and a good value. I would shop there again. Did not like doc fee, financing departments are a necessary evil. Overall a good experience.
