During my service event I explained I had an additional concern that my trailer light plug running lights were on constant. I shared we thought it was the TCM and maybe it needed to be programmed but wasn't sure. They did program the tcm but upon getting my truck back it still has same issue you running lights pin is hot all the time

Mr. Mason, Was very helpful in explaining the importance of proper maintenance of our vehicle and other equipment that was part of the vehicle that we had no idea about. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We knew he was busy but, went out of his way to make time for us. I will be sharing this with the company that I work for as we are currently looking for more vehicles to be added to our fleet of vehicles. Excellent job Mr. Mason!!!!
