Repairs done well

While the price for repairs was a bit higher than I was hoping, my service guru, Jim, kept me informed about the progress, aware of the problem, and ready for the total. He even found a few (small) ways to drop the bill!

Oil change

Had the first oil change for my 2014 Ford Fusion, which by the way I love!!! I made an appointment, there was no waiting. I did this on my lunch break from work. The service department got me in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone had been very polite and helpful. The waiting area is well stocked and clean.

Good Experience

I went to Tyler Ford looking to assess the value of my truck and the potential to get into something new. The sales and finance staff were easy to work with and I walked out feeling like I was dealt with fairly and honestly.
