Grant was nice enough to answer my questions online. He was quick to respond and very helpful. My husband and I decided to drive over (we live in a neighboring town) and look at the truck I was interested in. I didn’t think to let Grant know we were coming as I thought we were just going to look. When we got there, we couldn’t find the truck so we went inside and asked for Grant. He didn’t mind that we were there without notice and quickly found the truck and brought it around front for us. The truck was beautiful and Grant explained all the features of the truck to us. Grant went over all numbers with us and my husband was ready to buy. Grant got everything together for us and we bought the truck right then and there. I like to buy local and we have purchased 7 vehicles from the local Ford dealership here in our town. We did go by there first but, they didn’t have the color truck I wanted and they didn’t offer to see if they could find one (that’s what they’ve done for us in the past). Anyway, we found Metter Ford and everything worked out. Thanks Grant for everything. Everyone we met at Metter Ford was very nice. My apologies to the detail guys because I didn’t realize we were going to buy that day and the truck I traded in was filthy.
