Nice new shop

Dropped truck off Friday was told it would be first week before they looked at it that's was ok Monday afternoon called they hadn't started on it Tuesday called several times they were not available didn't return phone calls. Pickup did get serviced but I felt that if I had not called as many times as I did might not have got it out when I did. Arrow ford is still my dealer of choice and I like Fords new truck this experience does not change my mind I still like Arrow. We were In a bind needed the truck ASAP. Thanks

Installed a pickup bed cover.

Staff was very helpful in determining what type of pickup bed cover would be the best for our pickup. It was purchased and installed in about 45 minutes and looked like it came from the factory. Great job Arrow Ford.

I had my front window tanned and it come out perfect. I really like it. they have good customer service. and I will recommend my friend to them.

Travis our sales guy was very helpful during the purchase process. The finance department was top notch and helped us get the Expedition we were wanting.

Great job.

They were helpful when complications arose, such as minor details bedding to be addressed w/ the vehicle, complications with my passport/license, and other issues. All business was conducted in a timely manner.
