Wow!! This is what service is all about. I have a 2004 Expedition. It was making a clicking noise from the radio area. I call Arrow Ford spoke to Paul Martinez and he scheduled me an appointment. The next day. When I arrive for my appointment, I was greeted by very one also asking for they could help. I was walked over to Paul office, where I took my information and walked to my Expedition and confirmed the noise. He told me I would get a call about 11:30 with a follow up call, and he did call me with an estimate. Was told as an actuator for the front temperature control and it could be done today. I said by 3:00. He said yes. I said its important I have it done by them I have to pick up kiddos from school. Paul said I will call you back by 2:30 for an update. At 2:30 I receive a call and Paul said Mrs Ida good news I have your vehicle ready, do you need a ride back to the dealership? I said yes Please. My hats goes off to Arrow Ford for getting me back on the road, and kudos to Paul Martinez for the GREAT SERVICE I received and keeping his word. Thank you Ida

My Mustang
I recently went on line.I begain a search for a good used Ford Mustang.Moments after I view one peticular modle.Travis Smith contacted me.He patiently listened to my needs and finacial stability.Withen moments of our conversation he was on the job.I was at the moment waiting on my tax return.He worked with the finacing.He tried to get something for my old car.Of witch I new it waswasnt worth much.The finance dept.only need the down payment.Travis didnt give up he worked hard for me.He and I talked back and forth for days.When my return came in.I gave him a call.He said thier was anoyanother customer looking at the car.I asked him to let me know if it got sold he said he would let me know that afternoon.Then the phone rang.Travis told me the car was about to be sent to acauction.He then ran out to save it.The phone rang again.Travis saved the day.Travis then went through final paper work all via text and email.On satuday I arived at the dealership.Travis got my finacing process pushed forward even with a full room of customers.He worked hard for me from day one.Ill always think of him as a brother besause he treated me like family.Not a payday.Traviis got me my dreamcar.

Travis Smith is very personable,helpful,and knows what he is talking about. We came in just to look and told him sort of what we were looking for,he found it and sold it to us next day. Wonderful person.

Excellent Customer Service
First of all, my experience with Arrow Ford was of extreme excellence thanks to Adam Keidl. His expertise of the car business got me into a vehicle I am pleased with and payments that fit my budget. Secondly, I dealt with an experienced finance person named Joshua Davis that made it a straight to the point and simple to understand all of the paperwork. He took care of me efficiently in finalizing the deal. I really admire this quality in a finance manager Finally, what great salesmanship Arrow Ford displays that I was willing to go back a second time. This was due to Adam following up on my status after a year and a half to ask how I was doing after a hail storm that damaged many vehicles in Abilene. Talk about great timing! What great professionalism with excellent customer service I experienced. Kudos to you guys that made it happen!

Great Sales....Poor Maintenance Shop
First off, when I moved to Abilene in 2011 I owned at 2010 Mustang. I had to get a few cosmetic things fixed that were covered. What seemed easy and small turned into a waste of time. I had to have them order the parts on 3 septarate days, only to find out they were never ordered. I ended up selling the car and moving on. I also had to pick up a 16 ft white, bread van style vehicle for where i work. It was getting some general repairs done and they had called us to come pick it up. I arrived there to find out they couldnt find the vehicle. I dont know how you lose a big bread van...but 2 hours later it was found in the parking lot....yeah sure...Fast forward to Black Friday 2013 when I decided to get my Fusion SE that I currently own. The sales department was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! Best Ive delt with in my life. I only remember the first name of my salesman though...it was Court, and i will recommend him to anyone. Well, I am currently serving in Afghanistan and my wife had issues with my cars battery dying. After multilple phone calls, it was finally taken care of. She also asked while she was there if they could change the oil. They told her no, because it wasnt at 5,000 miles yet. Im not sure of the acctual milage at the time of the incident, because I have no idea how much she has driven it since ive been gone, but when i left it had 4700 on it. To sum it all up, I will gladly go back to Arrow Ford to purchase my vehicles in the future. However, aside from warrenty work, i will not be using their service department....EVER.

Arrow Ford
At the time we went in we were not planning on buying that day but the salesmen that helped us look was very friendly & knowledgeable. The entire buying experience can be frustrating but Arrow Ford makes it painless. They are very friendly and knowledgeable which would explain why this is the third or forth vehicle we've bought there. Looking forward to winning the lottery and going back for a 5th purchase. Can't say enough good about Arrow they really make it pleasant to browse, shop and/or purchase...

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE IN 40 years
I bought a truck from Arrow Ford in 2005 n was very satisfied with the entire process. I was introduced to my service rep n was VERY pleased with the service department while I owned that truck. I later bought a Dodge from a different dealer who went out of business 2 years after I bought that truck. I had HORRIBLE trouble trying to find decent service n after a month of trying to get the A/C fixed the 3rd time in 6 years, I decided to go back to Arrow Ford. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE other than Arrow Ford again. They have great sales people n a FABULOUS service department. Great Dealerships are a DIRECT RESULT of GREAT LEADERSHIP. Arrow Ford trains ALL their employees to listen to the customer n do everything possible to make the customer happy. AWESOME. AWESOME. AWESOME.

Bad service!!!!!
My husband and I found an SUV that we loved so we called and after talking with three or four different people they told us it was ours and they could deliver it since we lived a few hours away. After two days of us calling and them not giving us an answer we found out they sold it...after they already told us it was ours and we just have to sign paperwork. The manger Kyle is the one who sold it after we talked to him about it! You would think the manager would have more sense.
