From initial check-in to check-out, personnel are very polite. They keep you informed of any problems that may arise with your car or the time you will be kept waiting. The waiting area is kept clean and the chairs are very comfortable.

Shanna handled all my requests in a timely and professional manner. She listened to my concerns regarding the maintenance on my vehicle and answered all my questions. Richard (service technician) was extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job and also listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I also had my car washed and whoever performed the wash and dry, did an OUTSTANDING job! A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL CONCERNED!!!!
