Every time we come here for service they mess something
Every time we come here for service they mess something up. Last time I just needed an oil change and when I got home my Explorer was leaking oil. They are incompetent! Definitely not giving them another chance.

Service managers I’ve dealt with are very professional.
Service managers I’ve dealt with are very professional. The 2 oil changes I’ve gotten have both been sloppy. Oil/grease all over, after driving home and going inside I came out to discover oil on my driveway; both oil changes! I’ve never had such sloppy oil changes. I have never had oil staining my driveway after an oil change either. The first time I had to wash the undercarriage and pressure wash areas on my driveway. Not as bad this second time, but I shouldn’t have to clean up every time.
