They quoted a price through an IPhone text.
They quoted a price through an IPhone text. Then deleted, erased, or unsent the message. After everything was said this $31,800 Traverse was over 40k with no rebates whatsoever. They are CROOKS! I would not buy anything from them if it was marked down by fifty percent. I hope they go out of business. The good reviews left are probably by employees or their families.

The salesperson who started the sale of the car had a family emergency when I went to pick up the car, my buying process was seamless. After being a very loyal customer ,3 trucks later.
After being a very loyal customer ,3 trucks later.. I called and talked with the GM Manager about a problem with the 4th truck I brought from them. Did not help , I was told it seem like I was the only one that seems to have a problem!!! By the "" GM" Manager.. ( Like he is untouchable. I bought from another dealer. I have bought 3 new trucks from the for my business!!! I work hand and hand with a very large plumbing business now, they was a very big customer of Glenn Smith until we talk over dinner!! He will also try the new dealer when he needs more dollys!!

Went in for service, had an issue that was easily taken
Went in for service, had an issue that was easily taken care of. While I was waiting a member of their sales team asked if I would like to see the newer version of my car. I had time to look, but I was NOT buying a new car. (at least that is what I told myself). Not pushy, very informative and helpful. I am now a proud owner of a new Denali 2500 truck. Thank you so much Scott Norris for all your help. Would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!!
