I had a 8:30am appointment, so I really think my car should have been pulled in by 8:45 AM, seeing that I was on time I think that if you are making an appointment should not have to wait an additional 30 minutes for service.

I took my car in for service and they were unable to suggest how to stop the breaks from squeaking after it was determined the breaks did not need to be serviced. Besides that no other issue, the wait was about an hour or so. It was easy to schedule an appointment online.

state inspection
Arrived in the mid-morning for a Texas state inspection. Was greeted promptly at the car, and despite a good amount of service traffic that day the inspection was completed in a timely fashion. Billing was straightforward.
