They treat us with respect and we have never had a problem with this dealership. They even fixed a problem that the dealership where we bought the truck brand new would not take care of and didnt charge us anything for it

Tyler is an amazing salesman. Pete is an amazing Finance guy. Everyone in the dealership is amazing. We drove 4 hours to get our pickup from them. This is the second time we have dealt with them. Our son bought a pickup from them a few months ago. They are a good hometown dealership. Not a fake high pressure type place. Buy with confidence.

The salesman Tyler Tanner was very friendly. He took his time explaining everything with me. There was no pressure. The finance manager, Pete Klein, was friendly and helpful. The whole experience was terrific.

While traveling through Anson, I stopped at local Ford dealership (Lawrence Hall) because my 2023 F150 Tremor had been experiencing major warning alerts with all bells and whistles going off. I had no scheduled appointment but service department assigned a mechanic to check out my problem. His name is Jim Tyler and he is truly sincere in his customer satisfaction. He quickly diagnosed the potential problem and although the past computer data can only go back six months or so, I explained to him that I had experienced similar malfunctions before. The dealership kept my vehicle overnight to make sure problem was resolved. Not only did the mechanic (Jim) but the entire service department perform this check and repair, get this, at no charge, since warranty had expired in January 2026. When has anyone ever experienced this? Guess where my next vehicle will be purchased, although I live in Colorado. And this dealership offers some of the best prices on new vehicles, and service must be legendary, since visiting with customers in waiting area had bypassed dealership in Abilene to bring their vehicle extra distance to get service in Anson. Thanks for making a problem an actual enjoyable experience. Wish I could give you more than 5 stars.
