Lots of confusion on this deal, lots of animosity, lots of misunderstanding, lots of mistrust, lots of lost customer service, truck was damaged in care of dealer, no owners manual, lots of problems.

Service members were great. Jose Cano did everything he said he'd do. Had pickup ready next day so we were very pleased. Ended up costing less than estimated. We are very pkeased.

Professional and Prompt

Rod Monroe

This is the 3rd steering stabilizer needed to fix ?death wobble? issue. I know dealer can only install factory parts. But I also understand dealers can petition for a recall which all super duty 4x4 need. I am saddened Ford has not taken a more serious approach to remedy this serious issue!
