I cannot say enough great things about Kia Country of Charleston!! In my search for a 2022 Telluride I had dealt with a few other dealerships that were just plain rude or way overpriced so when I saw the ad for the exact Telluride I was looking for, I knew not to get my hopes up given my past experiences. But boy was I wrong! I spoke on the phone with Charles Fritz to discuss pricing on a late Friday afternoon and we were able to come up with an excellent price for purchase. I lived 3 hours away and I am disabled so he was very accommodating and agreed to hold the vehicle until I got there that afternoon to ensure it would not be sold while I was in route. He advised I would be working with Jorden on the floor to test drive the car and complete paperwork. Ten minutes before I arrived I received a very polite call from Jorden so I could "recognize his voice" and he would be on the lookout for us; we pulled in and were immediately greeted by him. He was very polite and eager to help and answer any questions. As we were filling out paperwork, Charles came over to introduce himself and "put a face with a name". The whole process was seamless and worry-free. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and everyone there was so nice. I would definitely recommend Kia Country of Charleston to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

I was in the process of purchasing a car from Carvana for our son, who is stationed at Goose Creek with the Navy. I did one last check of the nearby KIA dealers before flying to Charleston and that the same model - NEW - had just come in at KIA Country!!! I called Thursday night and Gloria, the nicest person ever, answered the phone after hours and worked through some of the details with me. She agreed to hold the car to the morning (very high demand for this particular model.) I called in the next morning, after which Zola in finance helped me through the process of applying to their financing. Super easy. I live in Texas and couldn't get to Charleston until very late Saturday. Zola offered to meet me at the dealership Sunday to give us the keys and orient my son on the car. Now that's service! I am very sure that car would have sold the next day - they didn't have to help me as much as they did. But I really appreciated it. I know my son will enjoy taking his brand new blue KIA Rio S to KIA Country to be serviced. A great dealership with people who car. Ed Downs

We recently received outstanding customer service from Norm at Kia Country of Charleston for the purchase of our new Seltos. From the time we put down our deposit to the time we drove off the lot, he explained the process carefully and was very patient with all our questions.
