Outstanding Customer Service

We recently received outstanding customer service from Norm at Kia Country of Charleston for the purchase of our new Seltos. From the time we put down our deposit to the time we drove off the lot, he explained the process carefully and was very patient with all our questions. Andy was also very helpful on one occasion when Norm was not available. We love our car and will definitely go back to Norm and Kia Country for our next purchase. Thank you again, Norm!!!


The Best Experience EVER!!

From the beginning to the end of the process had been the BEST customer service I have EVER received while purchasing a new vehicle! My salesman Elijah was absolutely fantastic, patient and understanding through the process while locating the exact vehicle that I wanted and a BIG SHOUTOUT goes to The Sales Manager Adam Richey is helping get me where I wanted to be as far as payment and going above and beyond in locating and delivering my vehicle to me. They have just earned a customer for life!



Not really a fan of going to dealerships but this one was a expection. No pressure. Explained everything about the features. Will return for another buy when that time comes

Great experience

Had a great experience leasing a new Sportage. Elijah was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They worked up a great deal for us and in no time at all we were driving our new vehicle. Highly recommended Elijah and a big Thank you to Steve for working with us.

I had pleasant service. Unfortunately I was not even shown the car that I had inquired about. I told them my budget and was placed in a vehicle two times the price. Even when I get my settlement I probably won't buy here.

I just bought my SECOND KIA from the Charleston Kia dealership. My experience was outstanding! I needed to either trade in my van or purchase it outright. I decided to trade my van in and I could only afford a certain amount per month. Adam Richie and Tony Washington were AMAZING and helped me find something in my price-range and that met my needs! I received INCREDIBLE service from both of them and felt VERY comfortable throughout the entire process!

Lance Williams at Kia Country Charleston SC

Lance Williams of Kia Country in Charleston, SC was pleasant, eager to please w/o being pushy. He was efficient and knew pretty much just what would interest me, and was eager to please.. I had a pleasant experience in buying my Kia Forteo--the first new car I have bought in a while. (I dread buying cars, but Lance made it easier for me.)

The best service in town.

I had my second oil change here recently and was very happy with my service. I didn't wait long, but while I waited I had coffee, snacks, wifi, and a phone charging station. My car was washed and vacuumed and delivered back with a report from the service guy saying it was sound as a pound. Plan to continue servicing my car here.
