I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

Great family-sized car with all the extras. Rides like a dream. Sales' staff at Jones Ford was great! Whole experience was top-notch.

Easy and hassle free

The entire process was easy and painless. The staff and salespeople were kind and helpful without being pushy or high-pressured. I was in and out with a certified used car in no time. Even after taking my car home, my salesperson has checked in on me and has made it clear that I?m STILL an important customer even after making the purchase. I would strongly recommend Jones Ford.

Quick efficient service

Very good experience. Was at Jones Ford for an oil change under the maintenance plan and everything was handled smoothly.

Warranty work on 2015 Mustang

I purchased a speciality Roush Mustang from another Ford Dealer because Jones Ford does not sell Roush Mustangs. My car developed problems with rear view back-up camera and a noise in the performance package brakes. I made an appointment with service writer Michael W. and everything was going well until I arrived at the dealership for the service work. It was clear from the get go that Michael was not going to do anything about the two problems I brought the car in for. The initial service repair work order did not have any mention of the camera or brake problem so Michael had to hand write them after I brought it to his attention. He did have a door latch recall completed but the rear view camera and brakes were a different story. Michael went into the standard line of NO. " Sorry the camera worked fine when we tested it and no noise from the brakes. No repairs made." It went down hill from there with a xxxx poor attitude. Not really sure why Michael did not want to help but I would not recommend him for any warranty work. Just to complete the story. I called my Jones Ford sales contact Tim Phillips , who put me in contact with the big boss. Big boss asked me to return the car for a recheck and maybe leave it overnight. No problem. The rear view camera was properly diagnosed and replaced under warranty. The service writer the second time was James McCall. He was helpful and spot on trying to help. He showed me the service record for the proper way to check the rear view camera and a fault code was indeed found the second visit. James McCall will be my go to man as fair as service writers. I had to return the Mustang to the Ford Dealer where I purchased it to have the performance package brakes replaced as per the guidelines of TSB 15-0030. Jones Ford is my hometown dealership as I currently own 7 Ford vehicles ( Trucks & Vans) for my company purchased from Jones Ford. When it is time for me to order my next Mustang I will give Jones Ford and Tim Phillips first crack at the sale.

Service Department and truck repair

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have recall on our new RV with F-53 chassis attended to, took time off work to bring it down this morning, waited til service department opened, to then be told we'd have to leave it for a week. They couldn't have told us that when we made the appointment? Service writer says the appointment just gets us in the queue, then what's the purpose of an appointment? Yeah, I'll go elsewhere, permanently.

they sell fast but then you're left alone

I purchased a used car from Jones Ford in January and am not taken seriously. Probably because of my age (23) I am a paying customer with a very good income, planning on getting a new car in the future. I will definitely not going to buy a truck from Jones Ford. Not even the managers bother to call back after promising to do so multiple times. Great location but the staff I have dealt with so far was horribly unreliable. I usually like supporting local businesses and am the last person to write a bad review. I have given them way to many chances to make up for it. Hope you have better luck purchasing a car there. It is definitely not good for young people. I am still waiting on my call...

Brake repair

To Whom It May Concern, This was my worse experience with Ford Dealership in the 35 years of driving. I'm a Professional JET Mechanic for over 30 years to let you know I know what I'm about to share with you and what I'm talking about. I'd specifically explained to the Service Manager taking my order not to resurface my rotors and install brakes only in the front. I'm very easy on brakes and rotors and have been that way all my life. However, when I left Jones Ford my truck was pulsing when it didn't before when applying my brakes. I returned immediately to Ford and explained to the Service Manager my truck is pulsing and had not previously? Later to find out the mechanic wrongly resurface my rotors and ruin them. Cause the Manager later explained that they now are in serviceable. Question? If they where inserviceable now why weren't they inserviceable when they put on my brakes? Crazy? However, I had to go elsewhere to have my truck repaired correctly. I'll never ever do any business with Jones Ford ever again. I had no refund or nothing to satisfy there mistake? If you want your brakes done correctly don't go to Jones Ford. As a season JET Mechanic if I do faulty work on the Big Jumbo Commercial Jets that I work on like they have to me I would Jeopardize hundreds of people LIVES. SIGN KC/USMC VETERAN

New Car Buying Experience at Jones Ford

Brian Smith with Internet Sales was terrific. He was helpful in locating the Explorer model and color and getting back with me on the details and pricing. The process was smooth and professional. I shopped around on the Internet and researched other Ford dealerships within a 250 mile radius and was pleased with the price received from Jones Ford.
