Broken Down!

The staff was very helpful. We broke down on the interstate and the President of Jones Ford came and picked up my wife (I waited for the tow truck). The heat index was over 100. My car was towed to Jones Ford and was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. All of the personnel I dealt with were courteous and helpful.

Service

Gave quick service. When inquired about having some warranty they assed my problem and gave me an appointment. I return the car for the appointment and the corrective measures were completed ahead of estimated time. The staff in the quick service department have been easy to work with.

Great Service

I brought my 2008 Shelby GT500 to your dealership because nobody else has ever touched that car and I trust Rick in service to provide that excellent care. My new problem with the clutch does not make me happy. The car has 19,500 tender loving care miles and has clutch problems, really? This is a known problem with 2007-2009 GT 500s and Shelby's but Ford says it is normal wear and won't cover it under the Extended Warranty and yet the replacement parts are 2010. Chis in service is handling the problem and I trust he will treat me fairly, and I know he can only do what he can because his hands are tied. I appreciate all he is doing.

Excellent service excellent vehicles

I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford Expedition from Pank Vij at Jones Ford. I received excellent customer service from Pank the salesman, Mike the credit manager and the receptionist at the front desk. They were very helpful, warm and inviting. They made me feel like I was part of the Jones Ford family! I chose my vehicle online and Pank had it ready for me at the front door when I arrived. Pank showed me how to use all of the digital equipment and was very patient and knowledgeable about what he was talking about. I highly recommend Jones Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle. I am well pleased with the services I received from Jones Ford.

Happy Customer

Pank Vij sold me a brand new 2015 Ford Expedition and I am very pleased. I spoke with Pank on the phone and when I got to the lot, Pank had the vehicle I had chosen off of the Internet cleaned (shining) and waiting on me at the front door. Pank was so kind over the phone and in person. Pank was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features and showed me how to use and access all of the features. I am pleased with the service from Pank, the finance manager and all of the associates I came into contact with. I highly recommend Jones Ford.

President

It was a pleasure dealing the Salesman Daniel Jones. We have made two out of town job related trips in the truck and the Drivers and Passengers stated how well the truck handled and that the ride was superior.

Mister

2014 Cargo Van The Staff was Outstanding The only reason I selected 2 stars for Facilities is because they are under construction and building a new center. The other 5 times I have purchased a vehicle here it was always very neat and clean. Well presentable. Even with all the work going on the staff were well dressed and ready to explore the lot in the 100 degree heat and carting us through the maze of what's going to be a wonderful site when finished. I've tried others but, here I feel so much more relaxed and welcomed, from the very first time.

Easy New Car Purchase

I went in with my own pre-approved financing. Michael Kane was my rep and he was professional and extremely helpful leading up to, during and even after I purchased my car. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find it and have it shipped to the dealership in a few short days. I'll be doing my car buying with Jones Ford going forward and have recommended them to anyone I know in the market for a car.
