Traded my 2023 Honda pilot fully loaded for a big Chevy diesel and told them after taking a trip I was having issues with getting into due and out and loading my mobility scooter because the truck was so high up, went back in after speaking with who I thought was the manager to schedule and apt when I came in the sales manager was told by his manager to put me into a small suv problem was that small sub wouldn’t even fit my scooter and no tow bar so took it back and was yelled at and again told I had no choice in the vehicle but was sold the most basic of trucks that had damages and electric problems, I have repeatedly tried to speak with the manager but have been pushed off to every other person possible, and my credit was ran 6 times through Ally financial for the same 2 vehicles so now my credit went from 589 to 412!! And I am being overcharged on a payment that should only be 893 for 45 months vs the $1250 for 72 at 17%!! How can you consciously do this to a disabled person especially knowing my situation of losing my son just 2 years ago that served in the military!! I do not recommend this dealer to even a worst enemy!

Had a great experience dealing with Erica in service. She took great care of me and respected my time. She made sure my vehicle was clean and ready to go. I recommend seeing her if you need work done on your vehicle.

Connor at the dealership has been helpful and has gone out of his way to assist me. However, as far as the dodge truck, I give it a zero. I bought this truck in March and it has spent weeks in the shop. It has electrical issues everywhere that you can imagine. I am waiting now for a date to return it to the shop, yet again.
